The Recording & Writing Studio, will suit the musician wanting uninterrupted seclusion and space to work. South-east facing, the Studio has been designed with the magical views of the Pacific ocean, valleys and rolling countryside in mind.

The open studio has room for the band and equipment, a sound booth with double glazed ranch slider doors.

Accommodations can be provided for in the Eco Villa, Studio or Pool Wing.

A Large Barn, pictured on the right, is equipped with a fully equipped  performance stage and a wooden rubber spring loaded dance floor which accommodates easily 300 people.

An Outdoor Natural Amphitheatre, pictured on the lower right, lends itself for a larger Outdoor Festival.
